Forsa programme in Morocco: up to MAD 100,000 for project holders
Wadifa Info · updated 27 October 2026 · Also in French and Arabic
In short: Forsa funds project holders aged 18 and over, with no diploma required, through an interest-free honour loan of up to MAD 100,000 that includes a grant of up to MAD 10,000, repayable over 10 years with a 2-year grace period. Over 21,000 projects were funded in the 2022 and 2023 editions. There is no new call in 2026.
What is Forsa?
A public programme supporting project holders in Morocco's 12 regions, launched in 2022 under the Ministry of Tourism, Handicrafts and the Social and Solidarity Economy and managed by SMIT (the Moroccan agency for tourism engineering). The loans are granted by partner financial institutions.
What does it offer?
- Funding up to MAD 100,000: an interest-free honour loan that includes a grant of up to MAD 10,000 (the grant is part of the ceiling, not on top of it).
- Repayment over up to 10 years with a 2-year grace period.
- Compulsory online training, incubation for the best projects (about two and a half months) and about two years of follow-up after funding.
Who can apply?
Anyone aged 18 or over living in Morocco, including Moroccans abroad, with no diploma or experience required: people with an idea, auto-entrepreneurs, or companies less than 3 years old, in any sector.
Results
According to the official portal of the Kingdom (October 2025): 21,160 projects funded (above the 20,000 target), of which 16,600 are active, about 21,000 jobs, and 64% of projects in rural areas or small towns.
Is there a new call in 2026?
No. Two editions took place (2022 and 2023) and we found no third. The only new measure is a one-year deferral of instalments for current beneficiaries, requested on forsa.ma from 1 December 2025, with a deadline of 30 April 2026 to sign the deferral agreements. Check any "Forsa 2026 registration" announcement on the official site forsa.ma.
Do not confuse
- Forsa is not a job offer or a monthly salary.
- Intelaka is a separate bank-loan programme, and Moussanada supports small and medium enterprises.
- The Tunisian "prêt d'honneur" shows up in Arabic searches and is unrelated.
To start a small activity legally, see the auto-entrepreneur status (FR). Other programmes: Awrach (FR), Tadarroj apprenticeships (FR).
